Do I Need A Referral?

NO

Referrals to Clare Valley Podiatry are not required, however there are some instances you may require one through your GP or specialist.  To access funding for your visits you may need to talk to your relevant package coordinator. Such programs can be an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, DVA, WorkCover, Sonder, Home Care Package, or the NDIS. If you have Private Health Extras for Podiatry you will only pay the gap.

Private Health Claiming?

YES

If you have Private Health Extras for Podiatry you will only pay the gap after the your health fund has paid their share. This gap will depend on your own health fund extras package and we recommend you get in contact with them directly to check your eligibility.

We Accept GP Care Plans (EPC's)

You may be eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan from your GP. For eligible clients with a chronic health condition this needs to be done before your appointment at Clare Valley Podiatry to gain the associated Medicare rebates for your appointments (up to 5 visits per year). 

We Accept Sonder Plans

We Accept Sonder Care Plans. You will need a referral from your GP.

DVA Claiming

We Accept DVA Gold and White Cards with no out of pocket expense. You will just need a referral from your GP.

Other Funding Packages

You may be eligible for a funding package. Some examples are Helping Hand, Country Home Services, Workcover and the NDIS. We will work with your co-ordinator to help you find out if you are eligible.
